1. Our Policy Overview
At Lumberjack Health, your safety and the integrity of our medical services are paramount. Due to the nature of our products and services, our policies on refunds and returns are strict. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Prescription Medications
Once a prescription medication has been dispensed by our partner pharmacy, it cannot be returned for a refund.
This is in accordance with Canadian pharmacy regulations and for the safety of all our patients. Once a medication leaves the controlled environment of the pharmacy, its safety, and efficacy cannot be guaranteed if returned. Therefore, all sales of medication are final.
3. Consultation Fees
The fees paid for a consultation with a licensed healthcare practitioner cover the practitioner’s time and professional assessment. This service is rendered once the practitioner has reviewed your medical intake form and provided their professional judgment.
Therefore, consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
4. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund only if the request is made before your file has been reviewed by one of our licensed healthcare practitioners.
Once a practitioner has begun the consultation process, the consultation fee is non-refundable. Once a prescription has been sent to and dispensed by our partner pharmacy, the entire order is non-refundable.

5. Shipping Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders)
We are committed to ensuring you receive your medication correctly and in perfect condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong medication, please do not use it. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, pending an investigation. We may require photo evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with our shipping partners to track your package. If the shipment is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
