1. Our Shipping Promise
At Lumberjack Health, we are committed to providing you with a fast, reliable, and completely discreet shipping experience. All orders are shipped from our accredited Canadian partner pharmacies in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
2. Order Processing and Shipping Timelines
Please note that “shipping time” refers to the time it takes for your order to reach you once it has left the pharmacy. It does not include the time required for consultation and prescription processing.
The total time to receive your order is: Practitioner Review + Pharmacy Processing + Shipping Time.
Practitioner Review: After you place your order, a licensed Canadian practitioner will review your medical information. This typically takes up to 24 hours.
Pharmacy Processing: Once your prescription is approved, our partner pharmacy will process, verify, and package your order. This typically takes 1-3 business days.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Transit Times
We ship to all eligible provinces and territories across Canada.
Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)

Our standard, reliable shipping option to get your medication to you.
Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days)

A faster option for those who need their treatment sooner. This fee is non-refundable.
Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (e.g., Canada Post, Purolator) and are not guaranteed. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.
4. Packaging and Delivery
Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is guaranteed. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with no indication of the contents or of Lumberjack Health on the exterior.
Temperature-Sensitive Medications: Certain medications (such as Ozempic® or Mounjaro®) require temperature control. These orders are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain their integrity during transit. Please ensure you are available to receive your package promptly and refrigerate these items immediately upon delivery.
Signature Required: For security and to ensure your medication is delivered safely, a signature may be required upon delivery for some orders.
PO Boxes: We may not be able to ship certain medications, especially temperature-sensitive ones, to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package’s journey to your door.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Lumberjack Health is not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the pharmacy due to an address error, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
